Traditional property reports are skewed by ultra-luxury outliers. We use median valuations per precinct to ensure a realistic baseline for the typical investor.

Attribution

This platform is built on the transparency of the City of Cape Town Open Data Team. We acknowledge their world-class datasets in Land Parcel Management and Municipal Valuation.

Data integrity is maintained through a custom geospatial crosswalk between SAPS Precinct boundaries and Municipal Sub-places.
